Digital Marketing Institute Introduces AI in Digital Marketing Course to Meet Growing Skills Demand

The Digital Marketing Institute (DMI) has officially introduced its first course focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Digital Marketing, responding to a significant demand from marketing professionals.

This initiative stems from DMI's recent Membership Survey conducted in 2023, which revealed that developing AI skills is a top priority for markеters in the upcoming year. 

The new course aims to close the knowledge gap regarding AI in marketing, catering to professionals at all career stages, from entry-level to Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs). Through a blend of practical lessons, toolkits, and real-world examples, participants will learn how to utilize AI technologies for valuable insights and campaign enhancement.

As AI transforms the marketing landscape, this course empowers professionals to unlock their potential by equipping them with the necessary resources and skills to integrate AI tools in their work. 

Participants will gain an understanding of AI-driven marketing strategies, implement AI in their marketing efforts, and become proficient in essential AI tools such as ChatGPT and Stability AI for research and content creation.

The course consists of 5.5 hours of online, self-paced learning, structured into four engaging modules:

  • Module 1 – AI-Driven Digital Marketing

  • Module 2 – Implementing AI-Driven Digital Marketing

  • Module 3 – AI Tools for Marketing: ChatGPT, Stability AI, and Other Smart Tools

  • Module 4 – Essential Skills for Marketers in an AI-Driven World

Ken Fitzpatrick, CEO of the Digital Marketing Institute, commented, “AI is the most significant trend to impact the marketing industry in over a decade. Fitzpatrick added that the skills gained in the course can be implemented immediately, allowing marketing professionals to apply their new knowledge effectively.

The DMI certification is recognized worldwide and adds substantial value to a marketer’s credentials. A recent survey revealed that 75% of employers are more inclined to hire candidates with a DMI certification, while 79% of graduates reported receiving a promotion within six months of completing a DMI course.
